These Terms govern use of the Lot Outlet online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement or use the store with permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your credentials.
Products and listings
Inventory can include overstock, closeout, packaging-wear, open-box, customer-return, used, salvage, bulk, mixed-lot, sourced-to-order, and limited-quantity products. Read the entire listing. Product-specific condition, quantity, included items, lead time, return eligibility, and warranty terms control when they differ from general store information. Colors and appearance can vary by screen, packaging, and lot. We correct material listing errors when found.
Orders and payment
An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, verify, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or listing error, payment review, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, supplier changes, or quantity restrictions. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Taxes and shipping are shown when applicable.
Availability and pricing
Inventory and prices can change without notice. Items in a cart are not reserved. A later lot can have different cost, condition, packaging, or specifications. We do not guarantee future availability or price matching.
Shipping, returns, and warranties
The posted shipping and refund policies, along with item-specific terms, are part of these Terms. Transit estimates are not guarantees. A manufacturer warranty applies only when the listing says it does. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, use false information, commit fraud, infringe rights, or use products for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Store design, original text, graphics, logos, and other Lot Outlet content are owned by or licensed to Lot Outlet and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product names and marks can belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers
Except for express statements in a listing or rights required by law, the store and its content are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every product fits a particular purpose. Salvage and as-is products carry the risks stated in their listings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lot Outlet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from store use or a purchase. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect Lot Outlet from claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
