Shipping, Freight & Local Pickup

Small parcels, case packs, oversized items, and pallets do not move the same way. Lot Outlet matches the shipping method to the merchandise and shows available options during checkout or in a confirmed quote.

Standard parcel shipping

Stocked items normally process in one to three business days. Eligible standard-parcel orders of $49 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Oversized, freight, remote-area, special-handling, and sourced-to-order items may be excluded. Checkout or a written quote shows the controlling charge and timing.

Freight delivery

Large or heavy orders may require LTL freight. A quote can depend on destination, commercial or residential delivery, liftgate needs, appointment requirements, and site access. Inspect freight before signing the delivery receipt and note visible damage with the carrier.

Local pickup

Local pickup is offered only when shown at checkout or confirmed by our team. Wait for a ready-for-pickup notice before traveling and bring your order confirmation plus a suitable vehicle.

Deadline-sensitive orders

Email support@lotoutlet.com before ordering when timing is critical. Transit estimates are not guarantees, and sourced-to-order or bulk inventory can require additional processing.
