Product Condition Guide
Closeout buying works best when everyone uses plain language. Lot Outlet describes the condition of each offer so you can weigh price, packaging, and intended use before you buy. The product page is always the controlling description for that item.
Our condition grades
New
Unused merchandise intended to be sold as new. Retail packaging may still show ordinary shelf or shipping wear when the listing says so.
New - packaging wear
Unused merchandise with a box, label, wrap, or retail package that may be scuffed, dented, torn, marked, re-taped, or otherwise imperfect.
Open box
The package has been opened or is no longer factory sealed. The listing describes known inspection status, included items, and visible condition.
Customer return
Inventory that entered a retail return stream. Inspection and completeness vary by lot, so read the item-specific Deal Facts carefully.
Used
Previously used merchandise. We describe known wear and testing in the product listing.
Salvage or parts
Sold for repair, recovery, parts, or other as-is use. Buy these offers only if you are comfortable with that risk.
What the Deal Facts tell you
Look for inventory source, packaging condition, inspection status, included items, sale format, fulfillment method, expected lead time, return eligibility, and warranty information. Blank fields are not promises. If a detail matters and is not stated, email support@lotoutlet.com before ordering.
